Cycling legs

I have just been out for a spin on my bicycle.
Did about 18 miles or so - and it was very hard work.
Unfortunately my cycling legs are rubbish - all that hard work I put in on Top Bike over the summer - all gone!!

Still, it was lovely - such a beautiful day - and it was fun, and made a change from running, so well worth it.

Also, I did weights yesterday, so I am putting some of the blame for my slight rubbishness on that - my quads are sore from doing squats, and my arms and shoulders................oooooo

20 mile run on the agenda for tomorrow.
Will I do it?
